Harry Potter Alum Casted in Season 3 of The Flash

As reported by TVLine Tom Felton will join Barry in the forensic lab at Central City PD as a series regular. Tom Felton is known for playing Draco Malfoy in all eight Harry Potter films.

‘Felton will play Julian Dorn, a fellow CSI at the Central City Police Department who suspects there’s more to Barry Allen than just his good guy reputation.’

Based on the reports that Flashpoint is the major theme of Season 3 and the TV Line report I can see Felton’s character being the one person who believes Barry actually has powers and is from a different time.
