According to IGN, wrestling supstar Cody Rhodes will make his return to Arrow as Derek Sampson.
Sampson was introduced in episode 3 “A Matter of Trust”. Cody played a drug-dealer who sold Stardust that was transformed into a regenerating villain who didn’t fee pain. The drug was named for his former WWE character whom Stephen Amell wrestled back at 2015’s SummerSlam. Rhodes will be back in episode 521 which is currently untitled but is set to air on April 19, 2017.
