There has been continuous speculation on what and if there will be another DC series coming to the network but nothing officially confirmed or even alluded to by anyone from the Berlanti camp. But that has all changed. According to the Nerdist website, during the recent red carpet celebration for Arrow’s 100th episode, Marc Guggenheim mentioned that he was talking with Dominic Purcell “about Rory getting his own show” the Arrow EP continued with is red carpet pitch, “–the more we talked about it, the more I started thinking about it. It would be so crazy and I’m always drawn to the crazy”.

I for one think this would be a great idea. Dominic Purcell has amazed this season on Legends of Tomorrow and continues to deliver one of the most dynamic character portrayals on The CW. Rory is an entirety different type of individual that we’ve see on The CW so far, he’s a very real character that suffers from many reality based psychological ailments.

What do you think, would you like to see a series based on Dominic Purcell’s Heat Wave?
